The consolidated rent-a-car facility (ConRAC) at Bradley International Airport (BDL) is an integral part of the Airport’s master plan. The project consolidates all rent-a-car companies (RACs) on-airport, with pedestrian access from the terminal. This $210 million project began in Nov. 2014, when Conrac Solutions Project Delivery (CS Project Delivery) partnered with the rent-a-car companies at BDL. CS Project Delivery received the Notice to Proceed to construct a new ConRAC at BDL in Windsor Locks, CT with expected opening in May 2022.
